Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to conferences (Otherwise the “Event”) organised by MediaComz International Ptd. Ltd., a media company incorporated and registered in Singapore with company number 201703710M. Please read these terms & conditions carefully as they contain important and useful information about your booking.

1 Confirmation
By completing confirmation of your registration online or by providing written confirmation of your attendance at the event, including via email, or by us permitting you entry to the event on the day, you are deemed to have entered into an agreement with us to attend the event, either as a delegate, speaker, or sponsor.

2 Event Fee

2.1 The Event Fee entitles you to admission to the event and attendance at the sessions scheduled in the event programme. In addition, the Event Fee entitles you to attend the scheduled lunch and refreshment breaks as set out in the Event programme.
2.2 The Event Fee does not include accommodation or travel costs incurred by you in relation to your attendance at the Event.
2.3 The Event Fee does not include insurance cover in connection with your attendance at the Event.
2.4 The Event Fee does not covering any bank charges incurred during the payment transaction, including currency conversion fees or international transfer fees.

3 Photography and Videography
For promotional purposes, photographs and/or videos may be taken at the event which may be used in post-event publicity and marketing materials. By attending the event, you agree to photographs or videos being taken in which you and/or your guests may feature. You undertake to ensure your guests are made aware of our use of photographs and videos taken at the event and agree accordingly.

4 Validity
This proposal shall be valid for seven (7) days from date of this proposal.

5 Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation are accepted up to and including ten working days prior to event start date and the cancellation fee is SGD$250 per person.
5.2 We regret that cancellations received after this time are subject to the full Event Fee.
5.3 We regret that requests of refunds are not accepted where cancellation is made less than ten working days prior to the event start date.

6 Substitutions
Substitutions with employees from your organisation are welcome. Please contact the event organiser and advise them of your nominated alternative no later than 24 hours prior to the event start date. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event where notification of substitutions has not been received.

7 Force Majeure

7.1 Whilst we make every effort to deliver the event as specified on registration, they may be circumstances beyond our control affecting the programme content and/or scheduling speakers, venue location, date/time or any other element of the event. We reserve the right to make changes we deem necessary at any time and without liability. Where possible you will be provided with as much notice as possible, should any changes arise, and we advise you to check the event website regularly for further updates.
7.2 We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event without liability, whether the circumstances were within our control. For postponements, your registration will be carried over to the scheduled date and/or time, unless we advise you otherwise.

8 Confidentiality

8.1 All information contained in the proposal is confidential and will be held in strict confidence by the addressee. The information will not be disclosed, in any part thereof to any person, except to those employees, officers, directors and affiliates at all levels of the addressee who are involved in this evaluation process, on a need to know basis.
8.2 We trust our proposal would be acceptable to you and look forward to your early reply, in which case kindly indicate your acceptance of our proposal by acknowledging below and returning the softcopy via email to marketing@mediacomz.com.
